Working With Men Who Batter: An Intensive Training A three-day training for those working with offenders and victims of domestic violence Dates of Next Training in 2011: November 21, 22 and 23rd Location: FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER 989 Commonwealth Ave., Brighton, MA The training is designed to teach group facilitators how to counsel physically abusive men using a nationally recognized educational curriculum developed in Duluth, Minnesota. The training, coupled with six observations of groups, meets requirements for consideration to work for DPH certified batterer intervention programs.
